    Taxes

    We are located in Orange County, California. All California customers are subject to sales tax of 7.75%. Out-of-state sales are free of sales tax.

    There is no minimum order required.

    Shipping Information

    We use primarily US Postal Services (USPS).
    Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Most of the time, they are processed sooner.

    US Orders (including Alaska, Hawaii, APO, AFO addresses):

    Standard shipping, which includes delivery confirmation, for orders totaling:
    Up to $49.99: $5.00
    $50.00 to $99.99: $6.00
    $100 and more: free shipping

    For small orders, up to $15, we offer a choice of USPS first class mail: $2.50. This type of mail cannot be tracked and no delivery confirmation is available. Unfortunately, this type of mail can be slower and sometimes even lost. We are not responsible for the lost shipments mailed by first class mail.

    International Orders

    For international orders, the shipping costs depend on destination, weight, size, and speed of delivery. Therefore, shipping cost is determined on a per order basis. Our shopping cart is programmed for a loose estimate base on the order total. However, the final shipping cost is usually lower. We will contact you with the exact shipping costs before we proceed for your confirmation. Contact us for more information.

    Returns Policy

    Qualified items can be returned within 30 days of purchase upon our authorization. To receive authorization, please Contact Us with Subject Title "RMA Request." We will issue and contact you with an RMA number for your return. Returns over 30 days and/or without RMA may be accepted in some cases and might be a subject of 15% restocking fee.

    Please note that we will not accept returns unless RMA(Return Authorization) number is clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages lacking RMA numbers will be returned to sender.

    Items must be in original condition to qualify for the refund. We cannot accept patterns, magazines, and pattern books because of copyright issues.

    Sale items, close-outs, needles, and crochet hooks cannot be returned. Kits must include all items in original condition to qualify for return.

    Refund covers original purchase cost only. If the returned item was originally shipped for free, then the amount credited or refunded will have the actual shipping charge deducted.
